The Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot was jointly organised by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the International Commercial Court (ICC) in Kuala Lumpur from 21 to 24 March 2019.
More than 90 teams representing universities from over 20 countries participated in the competition. The Pre-Moot attracted esteemed arbitrators and arbitration lawyers from Singapore and around the globe.
Our Managing Director, Mr Ramesh Bharani Nagaratnam was one of the arbitrators at the Pre-Moot, judging the preliminary and semi-final rounds.
RBN Chambers LLC was also a proud sponsor of the AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot. At the award ceremony, Mr Ramesh presented the Nagaratnam Honourable Mention Award for The Best Respondents’s Outline to the team from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
