How can our probate lawyers help you?
We understand the legal and emotional intricacies for probate-related disputes. At RBN Chambers, our probate lawyers believe in working closely with our clients to resolve potential contests to ensure the rightful distribution of estate inheritance with respect and tactfulness.

Inheritance and estate-related disputes
Our probate lawyers act for clients in inheritance disputes, such as when the validity of a will is challenged, or when claims are made by third parties against the assets of the deceased. Estate administration disputes can happen when:
- The estate administrator wilfully or carelessly causes loss or damage to estate assets
- The beneficiaries cannot agree on the distribution of the estate
- The validity of will is challenged
- There have been unauthorised or unfair transfers of assets during the life of the deceased

Grant of probate & letter of administration
Depending on whether the deceased has written a will, a grant of probate or letter of administration must be shown to authorise the administration of the deceased’s estate.
If required, we also offer services to reseal foreign grants of probate.

Will writing
We assist our clients in their wealth succession planning by helping them to prepare their wills for the proper distribution of their estate upon their demise.
